How we handle personal data you submit through the Klewo waitlist sign-up form.
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you submit through this form (name, company and email address).

Klewo is currently a pre-launch project and not yet operated through a separate legal entity. Once Klewo s.r.o. (or equivalent) is incorporated, this notice will be updated to name the company as controller, together with its IČO and a DPO contact if one is appointed.
We collect your name, company name and email address solely to:
We don't use this data for any other purpose, and we don't sell it to third parties.
We process your data based on your consent — given by ticking the checkbox and submitting the form. Confirming your email address is treated as part of that consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); this won't affect anything already done before withdrawal.
We use a small number of service providers to run this form and send emails. They process data only on our instructions:
Both providers may process data on servers located in the United States. Where this applies, the transfer is covered by their respective Data Processing Agreements and standard contractual clauses. We don't use analytics tools on this page at this time.
We keep your data for as long as you're on the waitlist or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Klewo's private beta doesn't move forward, we'll delete waitlist data within a reasonable period.
